Hi Possy415,
I probably need more information to answer your question, but I'm guessing you mean pressure on the front leg (glute), the bent knee in front?
If that's the case this exercise can always be done sitting on the corner of a chair...so that part of your weight is on the chair.
You can extend the back leg just like the video above, but it's a supported lunge.
