This video shows the ice at the North Pole starting 8/8/2002 until 8/11/2008. The ice in 2008 shouldn't reach its lowest ebb until September. 2002 was at the time a record low. 2007 is the current record. Updated video will be posted again in the future.
Can you tell me why there is a black dot over the north pole?...Check out the video in my favorites(click on "show all")and select the fifth one which is "AMSR-E SEA ICE" and read the text comments.
I am not an expert, but I believe (just as with the black diamonds that flicker in the video) that there are areas that the imaging technology cannot reach, because of the position of the satellites at the time each image is made. So it's my assumption that the north pole is just out of range.
erixoltan. Those black dots are a layered image cover up. I have done with photo software myself. They are hiding the truth of what is under the black dots.
Awesome, but depressing. Every year the extensiveness of the ice cap gets smaller and smaller. I focused on the crevice in the upper right hand corner. First few years the ice completely filled it, each year it filled less and less and less.
Everybody check out "AGARTHA"...It is related to this!!!
