You have real points! Personally the way you generalized the Amway's, Herbalif's, and so on... Not Kosher my man. I first heard of efusjon as an awesome beverage, tried it, and was sold, The drink is awesome! HAnds down, anyone who says different just does not like the taste, or has never tasted it. Please be more informed.

OK, let me get this straight. I make real points, then you seem to disagree! However, from the sounds of it you also validate the reason for this lawsuit. But to make sure I understand let me ask a couple of questions.
1.You tried the juice, liked the taste and decided to buy it at the retail price with out joining the compensation plan?
2. Or you liked the taste of the juice and decided to become a distributor?
The issue is NO ONE is selling to an end user outside of the compensation plan.
