Can anyone do a video on margin loans and how they work for buying shares.

If I have $1000 and get an extra $1000 on margin loan totaling $2000 and buy shares at $1 then sell the shares at $2 which should give me$4000. Why is it that a margin loan does not give me my full profit? Yes i have to pay interest.

But if i just go get a personal loan for $1000 and combine my $1000 and buy the shares and sell at stated amounts I get to keep the full profit less interest.
