It seems everyones opinion of this guy's auto is mixed. Yes, the music is [yawn] boring [my personal opinion] but the 307 auto gearbox is an intelligent box. The box is licensed as "tiptronic" as it was manufactured by Porsche. The box adapts to yor driving style, thus alternating the gear change movements and if used correctly, can be just as fast as manual. The use of the auto box here is not a good example, pushing back twice and realising your in the wrong gear is not a prime illustration.
