I think that this type of lips is perfect for a party. You can use a strong make up also on your eyes. A nude color on your eyes and a lot of glitters on your lips done of your skin a pallid tone. Try to do another type of make up for an exagered party, with a long fake lashes and a blue pigment on your eyes. Also with a white skin tone. @GrrIOwnYourAss That's not safe as non-cosmetic glitter can actually damage your skin (non-cosmetic glitter is foil cut up into really tiny pieces). Hopefully you can find a budget alternative online or in a store near where you live. If all else fails, applying a very glittery cheap eyeshadow to a sticky lip base would be much safer. Happy hunting!
