My second time through, I drank 2 bottles then i found him and shot at him so he got out of the car. Almost killed him till a car runs him over and I have to restart. Then I drank 3 bottles and find him walking, but when i kill him, it's a decoy, so I try to go where the real Clint is but he disappers. Then I drunk 1 bottle he appeared then disappered. Finally, I drank 2 bottles and then I find him in a compton driving, kill his buddy and then kill that muthafucka. Then blow up his car.

After 3 drinks, i found that mutha fucka driving away. He didn't go very far, After I found him i shot up his car until it caught on fire. He runs but then I have to race to kill or the rival gang will kill him.

I just drank some 40oz's outside then Clint turned up in a car so it was easy. I think the decoys are random, i had a decoy for someone else in the Marina district.

there was no decoy for me. i drank 2 40oz's n walked to the south part of the stadium. it said a rival hitman was tryin to take him out, but i had just hi-jacked a car so i took off after him. he didnt go very fast haha.

you don't have to drink, just stay at the bottom of the stadium and eventually he comes towards u in a car

That happened to me once with Jeremiah and Chris too, both from the Marina area. I just left the place you have to go for them, came back a minute later and repeated the process. Good luck!

i didnt have any decoy :D he was sat in a car bye the bus shelter and i chot the driver then he came out and he wouldent die so i held him hostedge and the i shot him in the head thenhe died :L
