@kevozman dimaga, nestea, idra, and that one guy from gsl 2011 (sorry can't remember his name) , point is i can really only think of 4 pros. the reason people think they are weak is because they can't figure out the dynamics of the race. i still ponder why several pros only have 1 hatch per base , not that there should be 2 per base but at least 2 at the main. guess this is why i'm not pro lol

@wesker723 The reason why pros don't have more hatches per base is because with the queens, you can inject larva, which lets you get 4 more larva. Because of this, the only reason you need extra hatches is for resource gathering.

Army size at the end was really different - Whitera had more than double the army of Dimaga. I just realized this recently myself: you can't use the supply count to compare armies b/c that includes drones, however the mineral / gas numbers exclude drones. You can verify this for yourself by looking at army stats at the beginning of the game, and minerals will be zero even though you have probes, but the supply count will be the same as the numbers in the top right corner.

Wow. That was fucking amazing. I mean, the timing of it all. That window at around 10:00 where whitera had to attack and micro his forcefields just right, happened at the perfect time. Another minute or so and hydras would have kept that third zerg base alive and that would have been it. Even though it went down, that mass of hyrdas almost wiped out whitera's troops. Close.

BW was the expansion that came out months after SC1. If you don't have BW, that's just sad. Assuming you bought SC1 years after release, you would have bought the Battle Chest, which includes Brood War. In either case, Marines suck against Protoss except hurr durr campaign when Protoss has like 6 Zealots.
