How do you draw the first drawing on pencil that has exact proportions?

@Shambo888 i use a ruler to measure the actual picture's width and then estimate by proportions how big or small should the parts be, mostly by eyeballing the whole thing :) the face on the flower wasn't the most perfect i could have done
