When did anyone say it was an "original or fresh" idea?

It's just a pony racing game, and bronies are going to play it because, lo and behold, it has their favorite characters in it. I doubt anyone is expecting the "RACING GAME OF THE YEAR!" They are expecting a decent fun kart game, that they may or may not be able to play with their friends.

This is almost as bad as saying mario fans are expecting new and fresh mario games with each new one. gotta lol.

Engine looks pretty good. Could really use some powerups, and maybe some booster pads. (Boost pads would eliminate the need for a cornering mechanic that boosts at the end. And you could set the track up so you either drive over a boost pad or a power up pad, like in Wipeout. Looks great so far, keep up the good work!

Green Apple = Green Shell (Dumfire x1/x3)

Red Apple = Red Shell (Homing x1/x3)

Zap Apple = Blue Shell (Homeing To 1st Place)

Muffin = Bom-omb (Exploding)

Pink Cupcake = Red Musroom (Speed boost x1/x3)

Sonic Rainboom = Bullet BIll (Fast and Unstoppable for a short time)

Storm cloud and lighting can stay the same just add rainbows.

Elements of Harmony = Star (Depending on element has its effect, such as the damage, time or speed).

Art style in pre-alpha is hit-or-miss. Environments cab definitely use work, but not much complaint on character and kart models, other than minor changes.
