Now, they've been a band since '03, but they probably didn't start earning real money until '09 or '10. Even if they were making enough to afford this house (probably not), a group of people don't buy a house, an individual does. My guess is that this house is owned by one of their families, who is waiting for the market to improve so they don't incur such a loss.
