Hey, this may clear up some confusion. The skeleton respawns. I have done this several times each within several in-game days. Each time it respawns.

My favorite way to get gold in Skyrim is to just go out and quest. Eventually (around lvl 20) the drops get to be worth enough money that I can just sell them. I use this go buy iron ingots and leather to make iron daggers, which increases my smithing skill rather quickly. I then sell the daggers and the process repeats itself.

My method was a bit more legit xD basically mine tons of iron ore, get the transmute spell and turn it all to gold, make it into jewellery and enchant it. If they have jewels in them it pushes their value right up. Too bad few merchants has enough money for me to sell it xD

About the ring of Hircine, you can get it from a quest, which starts in Falkreath dungeon.

You should make a video about how to boost smithing. You need 70+ leather strips and iron ingots to make iron daggers, this will increase your smithing skill substantially. I'm a 100 in smithing because of it.
