Haggis is traditionally wrapped(?) in sheep's stomach but it tends to just be in plastic stuff now, certainly the stuff in Supermarkets is. But you don't eat that part.
over here in the UK, the stomach lining is practically the national food.. it's called Tripe and the ermmm, 'older' people guzzle it down after it has been pickled in vinegar...
My doggie gave me the dirtiest look ever when I put some down for her... she _still_ isn't talking to me ;)
