the 3 kids remind me very much of my sister's 3 kids. the oldest girl (age 10) is very much like Carrie, the middle boy (age 8) is Charlie to a 'T', and the youngest girl (age 6) has Paul's knack for the adorable one liners. it's a joy watching this movie with them! ^_^

That's because they're not even trying to make good movies. It's a cynical attempt to throw together whatever they can with as little time and money involved, knowing that so many movie watchers are too cynical themselves to even complain anymore. If they can get lindsay low-hand or "the rock" to get people hot-and-bothered their work is already half done. Decisions aren't made by creative people, but by bean counters.
