I don't know about sites, but you can try the program Celestia (google it), which let's you view the planets, starts and other objects in 3D. You can view orbits and run things at realtime, speed it up, slow it down, reverse, etc.

Gravity and magnetism have nothing to do with each other. they are each separate fundamental forces. Gravity only pulls whereas electromagnetism both pulls and pushes. I can go on if you'd like me to.
