I wish you had mentioned exactly where the syncopation starts. It's a concept that I'm having a hard time understanding, and think a clear division would have helped. But still, thanks for posting this.
@samsedaei sorry about that! i thought it was clear where the syncopation started...basically where the "real" maple leaf rag begins. next time i'll make a clearer distiction though. thank you for the input!
@samsedaei I think she starts the syncopation around 1:05. Start listening at 0:55, and see if you can observe the difference after she plays the three intro chords 1:05 (envirogirl48, correct me if I'm wrong).
