@LiamRed1138 M. Night Shyamalan is very good at making movies that psychologically disturb people. Its not the aliens in the movie that are actually that scary, it's the way Shyamalan weaves them into the story. The way they're menacing around the place but you never really see them. Its really insidious and terrifying. it really got to me the same way it did you but it's because it's tapping into the nightmares we had as children. Just sleep with the light + radio on. BUT DON'T GET UP FOR WATER

Yeah, I agree. iIt's hard to see this alien, especially if you're watching it in the daytime.

It's really the best idea to see it at night with the lights off. That'll give you the best chance of seeing it. (Although, it does increase the scare-factor quite a bit.)
