How is it 'crap'? M16A4 is one of the best guns in the game. Combined with Stopping Power perk, one burst is fatal to torso, hip, neck and head. Only area of body Stop. Power+M16A4 isn't one burst-fatal is arms or legs, but thats a rare occurrence in it's self.
