the best thing about it seems to be that it can handle running in the background while doing other things like browsing the web.., of which i think all these 'meebo' reviews suck because ive used meebo in the touch before and when you browse a new 'tab' in safari, meebo will often sign itself out.. apollo seems supreme, thanks.

Whats better apollo or meebo?

Cause with apollo you wont disconnect, only if you want, and with meebo I think you have to always keep on internet.

Just use mobile chat its free plus you don't have to be connected to the internet.

Awesome video! except the trouble i am having as indicated by Apollo IM is "Unable to authenticate:Unable to connect". It does not state the same message as what you have faced being that of host issues. I use my wifi and have had the same difficulties else where as well.

I think it is because my provider blocks this service. What should i do to get around it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nice video. The applications works well but it keeps disconnecting when i switch between applications. For example, i go to safari and when i switch back to Apolo, it´s show me the first screen with my msn account name.

hey..nice vid..i just installed apollo on my jailbroken 1.1.4 iphone..it installed and i configured my msn account and whenever i try to log in i get this error saying "connection error from notification server: unable to connect". both with GPRS and wifi its the same thing..it just doesnt try to connect for even 2 seconds..if u know what is going on let me know..thanks..

You should have tried typing one really long sentence, apollo doesn't know how to handle that the then things get ugly. I mean like, instead of just "test" try putting a whole sentence in.
