  • I love Rafa, but seeing this makes me want Federer to win another Grand Slam.

  • He knew it was the end of his reign. It's was Nadal's time then, now it's Djokovic's. We will see for sure at the French Open.

  • in my opinion the best sportman ever. He brought real passion to his sport but at the same time tempered it with ethics. Not too many of those around...

  • @Nebrox you realize that he won AO 2010?

  • Australian Open=best tournament ever

  • Australian Open always brings out the best moments

  • @johnlennon1970 really?

  • In the words of Brodie Smith "sometimes you have to man down to man up" (:

  • two very great men.

  • Nadal is very good man.

    PS: Djokovichs fan

  • @dezorijentacija right. continued lose by Novak now. Nadal is ill-humored. Nadal criticized joy of Djokovic which won the victory in Madrid. The tired comment of Novak before the final in AO this year, Nadal criticized it again. I expect that Novak kicks Nadal also by RG. Roger helped Nadal last year. But Novak will go for the final this year

  • Fucking sore loser and a pussy

  • @joecoolsthename you're one sad person.

  • 0:56 Cheeky bastard!

  • THIS WAS THE EPIC MOMENT WEN FEDERER KNEW HE WASNT THE BEST NO MORE

  • @UchennaOfuluozor

This is the most stupid comment ive ever heard, Federer has always been the best

  • @UchennaOfuluozor lmfao bro, this is why kids shouldnt be on the internet. You have no idea of what you're talking about.

  • We knew Nadal was inevitably going to be the No.1 ranking player during that time. Nadal made Roger run all over the court throughout the match. Roger was giving his all but was no match for Nadal's superior volley. Nadal went for every shot and majority of it was a winner whereas Roger just couldn't stretch it out as Nadal did. The tears was the result of despair from lethargy and knowing that he may never ever beat Nadal again.Roger was physically and emotionally drained. Embarrasing scene.

  • @sansui77 I agree, that display was a sign of mental resignation, giving Nadal the edge over him indefinitely. A very unpleasant thing to watch being a Federer fan. He's not beat him in a grandslam since 2007! I almost expect him to lose to him now. The play seems like just a formality to another defeat. The win at the o2 was a rare treat because Nadal was knackered. I don' t know if there's anything Federer can do, the lead Nadal has and the mental edge might be too much.

  • @Anthropidia nadal fan's excuse. Nadal's indoor is the worst surface. Roger's clay is the worst surface. And they differ in a generation. One-hand backhand. double-backhand and Left-handed. Nadal has never won any surface other than clay successively. Even such a present time like all the slow surface

  • @bestspots1 True mate I'm a Federer fan and from what I know, the surfaces have slowed a fair bit over the past 6 or 7 years, favouring players like Nadal. Federer has been by far the more consistent and dominant player. Making him overall the better player. I just wish he did better against Nadal. The clay record makes the head to head score misleading they've met 14 times on clay and Federer had won only twice. Imagine if the Grass season was as long the clay one.

  • good stuff

  • Great roger go our 17 Grand slam force You're the best

  • Grande roger vamos por nuestro 17 Grand slam fuerza Eres lo mejor

  • at 43 the Asian boy almost crying as well. i know how u felt as u do even right now

  • Federer is a great legend....Nadal was simply out of this world in tat match..awesome .... real men cry.....

But Nadal also was very humble person here...

  • This is one of the most repugnant victory in tennis history, where only a blatant doper like Nadal was able to win two matches like the devastating one with Verdasco and the final with a rested Federer that was clearly gassed out in the fifth set, on a gruelling hard court with almost 40 degrees and a lot of humidity... Like a guy wrote before, Nadal forgot to thank his PED dealer...

  • overratednadal r u kidding how about u pay respects to two of the greatest we are likely to see have some respect

  • @Dookiespace i totally agree. Federer and Nadal are best friends but people don't seem to realize that, you can see in this clip that Rafa feels Roger's pain. they are like brothers, fighting on the court and loving eachother as friends off the court

  • Poor Roger, he's a freaking legend. Its allright Roger :).

  • Nadal said. "Sampras or Ivanisevic match. or one between those kind of players, is not enjoyable. It's not really tennis. it is a few swings of the racquet. For me in the past it was just serve. serve"

clay excluded. successive win 0. If grass and a hard are fast. Like Sampras era. Nadal is able to win only with clay. power of defense and muscles. boring ugly. All the surface is slow now

cheat. Fake time-out. gamesmanship. too noisy annoying.

  • @overratednadal know ur stuff b4 blabbering stupidness, dude...fyi sampras never won on clay court....both nadal and federer are the best...

  • both are real sportsmen!

  • the best tennis player of history is crying, a god is crying

  • Roger ...... Not the one now, but always the best!!!!!

  • he cried by angryness. many sportsmen cries when they doesent succede with something they have fighted for very hard.

  • Hey.... You have no idea what your talking about, he is the most polite player in the history of tennis, he cried because of a reason.. I think you a re the arrogant guy here... ALSO THE BEST TENNIS PLAYER IN HISTORY

  • How can you cry when Nadal is talking in English... This is hilarious HAHA!

  • Man it looks like Nadal wasn't that happy cause of Roger's emotional outburst.. he's probably thinking he should've let Roger win lol.

  • true tears... this is a moment that gave me nightmares...WE'RE WAITING FOR UR COMEBACK ROGER!!! C'MON!!! GO FOR THE 17th!!!

  • REAL MEN CRY.

  • @PHILIBOYLONDON REAL MAN CRIES WHEN HE WINS, RATHER THAN WHEN HE LOSES...

  • @MultiJack120 you are making too quick a statement here. The tears show that he was taking it seriously, and I mean come on, did you see how he played? He could have won against anybody else. consider that...

  • @DarkMugiwara/

you at least understand what I wrote? you just want to protect your favorite without paying attention to reality!

I watched this match, and I can tell you that if to say objectively, that after what has passed Nadal vs Verdasco - 5 hour marathon, and one day of rest - in front of Federer vs Roddick's easy walk and the possibility of extra day of rest, his tears (Federer's) at least seem preposterous and forced Nadal to feel uneasy and even to apologize!CONSIDER THAT...

  • @MultiJack120 I am considering that! Think about it. federer was rested, correct? and Nadal had very trying match against Verdasco. Knowing those two guys, their skills, and their previous performances on hard, I am sorry to say, but Federer could have won. he knows it. And I watched the match too. You talk like Federer played like crap and Nadal was just amazing. I am not denying Nadal's victory. Far from that! I truly am amazed by his skill and fitness.

  • @MultiJack120 All I'm saying is, Federer worked hard during this final, and deserved the win, maybe not as much as Nadal, given his previous match, but deserved it too nonetheless. When you know you could have won, and he most likely did, you get frustrated. His tears weren't because he wanted pity from others. He has an impressive background. Those were tears of frustration over a match that he could have won. It's BECAUSE he had an easy semis that he thought he could have won.

  • The imperial Roger Federer. The Best Ever bar none

  • I've never cried so much watching a video on youtube... I love Nadal's reaction by the way... this is absolutely heart-breaking... hope he doesn't retire too soon.. The best of all

  • I could watch him cry all day haha.

  • why is Federer crying? he has won the Australian Open and is a five time Wimbledon champion... he has accomplished so much in this sport which others dream of... he should be proud of the fact that he is a runner up in this tournament...

  • Has me crying too... we're looking at a man that aimed at being the best ever in the world at something, and succeeded! But that drive is so strong, so beyond anything we could know, that it just overflows his body... his simple, human body. and we we catch a glimpse of his soul. And then with the grace and compassion shown by Nadal there... it's just such a special moment in sports.

  • god bless roger federer

  • so amazing... it's inspiring

  • 2:45 is the most d'awww inducing moment in all of tennis.

  • Nadal always insults Davydenko or Melczar etc. When lost, make an excuse. " I'm injury. I'm sick. I'm tired." again. again. again.

always arrogant manner . always exaggerated appeal. always overaction to mad. always shouted . always fake of time out. always stupid take time. etc. etc.

most annoying player. most overrated player. sucks Nadal

  • @overratednadal Clearly you haven't seen how roger treated andy rodick when he faced him at wimbledon and USA OP, nobody is an angel in this world, stop judging others when this video shows you how much he respects his oponents....

  • wat was the score?

  • Roger and Rafael are my fave players, when they vs each other i have no idea who to go for!!

so i just go for who evers losing nd keep changing hoping the match goes on as long as possible :D

  • Don't blam Roger , no one likes loss.

  • @dedelydee true, one thing was when he won in 2006 but this time was different although great reaction from rafa

  • @dedelydee dude shut the fuck up. Your saying he is a crybaby for crying once in public ok. He had an unlucky year in 2008 so obviously he is gonna be sad. Nadal has had a bunch of happy moments and is gonnna have even more And finally have you not ever FUCKING cried in your life. if u were up there on that stage in front of 15,000 people, and you came that close you would be crying.

  • concerning nadal: it's never easy to feel you're the best in a tournament & aknowledge it in front of the crowd's favourite (because obviously, federer's fans were overwhelming in numbers at this final). in spite the fact i am a federer fan, i liked the way nadal speaked, he deserves all our credit!

  • what shouted this man in the ground?????????????

  • An ovation lasting over a minute, for the loser! That's respect.

  • Nadal is such a humble graceful guy.

  • hehe nadals face whas like oh damn i screwed it up?

  • @DonChilenito Yes I noticed that too. xD. Both of them are the best.

  • shameful

  • federer plays the beautiful game. but - if your life depended on it, and you had to pick one of the two in a head-to-head - you have to take a healthy rafa. otherwise, you haven't been paying attention.

  • awwwwwww he put his arm round Federer. That was sweet of him :)

  • Two legends

  • Roger.2004. 2006. 2007. 2010. Roger won

  • lovely moments

  • whats he crying about?

  • COS HES A POOF HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • hes a king of tennis and not poof alright. he proved it by regaining to the no 1 spot and the Australian open

  • @JakeKeith

    lolen :s
