The E46 looks much more robust than the E36 IMHO. I would put in the Signature Motoring performance intake kit for only around $150 and gain up to 13HP on the stock output for the 330i and a bit less for the 325 and 328. I love my 328i. Only mod is a Signature Motoring performance intake kit. They run around $170 and add up to 9HP in the E46 323/325/328 and up to 13.9HP in the 330. That's about $17/per extra HP... A good value for the extra oomph. General HP increases are shown:

E30 series: 6.0-13.4hp gain

E36 series: 5.5-12hp gain

E46 series: 6.0-13.9hp gain

E92 series: 8.5+ hp gain

Z3/Z4 (all): 5.5-13.9hp gain

Man, this car design is a masterpiece. SO beautiful. Love the slightly different headlights (turnsign contour coupe/sedan) for the coupe body. This color is also very beautiful. The only way you are going to get some respectable power is by either Turbo or Super-charging.

Save some cash and buy either the 3lt motor and do a manual conversion, or even better drop a 2JZ-GTE motor in.

Personally, I wouldnt touch that motor at all. Source a larger displacement Beamer motor or even better get your hands on a Supra half-cut. Even a stock 2JZ is a great choice over the factory Beamer motor, the whole car goes for a few grand in Japan with the 5speed, you'll make all your money back and itll probably even pay the labor for swapping motors. Im telling you this because I own the same car.

Bro, If you're limited on cash, go for the Super-Charger. Much cheaper and bolts on. Fine with the Auto, as it feels like a stock car with higher HP.

Turbo-Charging is much better, with much higher potential. With all the parts and custom parts and tuning would cost more than the car. Then you'll need a Manual Tranny just to enjoy the thing.

And if you were considering putting a large single snail on it with moderate to high boost riding on stock internals. DONT.

If it has ci at the end of it, it's a coupe. With an i at the end of the model name, it's a sedan. The one in this video is a 325ci cause it has two doors.(coupe)

Do you have custom rims for yours? I am suprised, because most 325ci's just have their factory rims, and owners don't change them, cause, really there's no ugly BMW rims. I can't really think of any place that would generally have them, I assume it would be hard to find them.

One more thing, as if i am not mistaken,there were three sound systems that a buyer could choose from.the standard, the loud speaker system and the harman/kardon. do u think there's a significant difference between the top two?if so, would i be disappointed with the loud speaker system?
