hehe, yeah i imagined her with a really husky growly voice as well.... but i gotta say the girl in this video is absolutely amazing, the best out of all the cast in my opinion, so i dont mind at all :D

I like her voice but I think her voice should be a teeny tiny bit higher at that scene seeing as it's a flashback of some years ago. I just pictured Rapier being a bit younger at that time and therefore a bit higher there. But I could be wrong.

sure ^-^ no offense to the actor, shes amazing! BUT i picture her with an American accent. I picture rapier less intelligent sounding even though she is clever, I picture her with a younger brattier voice. hope this helped ^-^

Oh I get what you mean.

Well seeing as the actor who plays Whitewind is from the UK, it made sense to have the player of Rapier have the same accent. Rapier is full grown at this point in the comic, so her voice is fine in level of maturity.

Rapier may be evil, but she is in no way dumb. She's highly intelligent, albeit, a bit rash. :]

Hope that sheds a little light onto why we chose who we chose.

I understand why you chose her and I understood right away reason for the accent. i realize she is very smart i just pictured her voice sounding young and ignorant. just explaining rapier in my point of view. i didnt quite like white winds voice either. pictured her with a different accent too, and a more i dont know like..motherly voice.

Well Rapier is the daughter of the alpha pair of Inaria. Usually she's quite composed in public.

But usually, when a character is monologuing, you don't want their voice sounding "crazy vicious", because not only does it make a REALLY hard job for the actor (that would put a lot of strain on the voice..) but the character wouldn't seem vicious anymore. It would seem silly. :P

Rapier doesn't necessarily sound vicious (until the puppy scene), but she would later on in the comic.
