Very interesting comment about being frustrated. I am in that boat. I want a house but not happy with how little prices have come down. I will look alot but will only make offers on houses I really want and when I do, it will be below asking (10-20%).

The enormous national debt could destroy current money value. Could that have any impact on buyers?
