Ah, Demigod has such an addictive gameplay and a lot of good ideas. Multi-player matches were a pain because of many technical problems. I played anyway, despite of waiting 30min for a match, many games aborting, imbalanced pairings and terrible lag.

Demigod could have been an RTS milestone, an evergreen and commercial success. Unfortunately it wasn't. I hope a sequel can soon realize the franchise's great potential!

(example) the giant fortress/golem thing was a -human- but died in battle defending a kingdom he helped create and protect. He became the fortress when he was killed in battle by a ballistic.

Play the game or at least Google-Search it before you try and look cool on Youtube, where all kinds of assholes can show up and correct you.

Well this game is some sort of LoL/DotA/HoN. But in my opinion Demigod is really bad compared to the competitors. Only the graphic and the fact that you and can choose your own skill build (since you can't max all ability's) is fine imo.

The camera/amount of heroes, and overall game play is pitiful.

Well but that's just my opinion.

If you enjoy playing with friends or pitting yourself against the AI, yes. If you wanna play online, then sadly no. The online system is a bit finicky. I play it almost daily, either solo or with four of my friends.

@MrMalavon While there are only 8 demigods and a hand full of maps, there are many patches. There have already been 2 extra Demigods released, and I'm not sure if any extra maps have been made. Not to mention any player made content. While during its first "beta" stages it has little variety, It has Great potential

i downloaded this in less then 30 mins ( TPB ) i can ony play SP , maybe lan but as far as ive played on the sp i can say its fun, one of those LAN games that u can play for + 7 hrs ;) really fun game , if you like the singel player u shuld really buy it becouse its all about multiplayer, just like Battlefield games , awsome fun, really good game for lans and more :)

No one realizes that this game doesn't have a real single-player mode. The only reason you would ever want to buy this is because it's a great way to spend 2 hours on one game with your friends :p. (The single-player is just multiplayer but you against AIs)

Not exactly the best game (never will be), but is a hella lot of fun!!! Better than DotA, Demigod has better graphics and sound. Nothing's better than taking the Rook and having him smash everyone to pulp. Was just using him just now and got a 10 kill spree before everyone ganged up on me.
