Funny how close these 3di's get to one another! That in-between ramp is in Manchester near the East Hartford town line. The beginning of I-384 at the split of US Routes 6 and 44 is in Bolton, CT (Tolland County). I-384 is a portion of what was supposed to be I-84 between Hartford and Providence, RI (another portion is a US Route 6 expressway segment near Willimantic).

I hate major lane closures like that. Yuck!
