  • you got to be kidding :DDD

  • Thank God for the Heritage Foundation and it's willingness and ability to put Truth out there in public. For FAR too many years it was only the lefties using the media....

  • notice that none of his employees are American.

  • The Heritage Foundation: We brought you the Iraq war and the ridiculous debt that went along with it, but hey we are telling the truth this time. I swear! We are

  • Yes this guy loose his entire business because of this. Wow what bullshit that was

  • The Heritage Foundation put this video up lol

Fuck think tanks, they are just as corrupt you people are claiming Unions to be.

If we were still Capitalists and not Corporatist I would agree with you. Multi Billion dollar corporations do not get harmed by higher wages unions bring, the auto industry got harmed by investing in bullshit, they left overseas because of NAFTA and other "free" trade agreements. This is propaganda of the worst kind, essentially trying to justify slave wages

  • Unions are leeches. What good have they done lately?

  • The way he wears his hardhat bothers me more than anything

  • This guy is so full of shit. He is just worried about his own paycheck. This is why this country is in the shape it is in right now, the rich taking everything. The Heritage Foundation are a bunch of rich Republicans that don't know shit except how to screw the hard working trying to be middle class AMERICA.

  • Yes government is good, employers are bad , I get it. Unions that do nothing except collect high wages for themselves are good (while taking money from middle class) AND FYI Heritage foundation are Conservatives. And raising taxes by democrats is what takes money out of your wallet.

  • Who gives a shit what you think , why don't you ask the guys working behind you

  • did this bill pass already??? i hope not!

  • Its kind of funny to see people who claim to recognize the right of workers to organize getting all hysterical about a bill that simply beefs up enforcement of labor laws already on the books and guarantees workers the right to a speedy outcome of a bargaining agreement. If an employer doesn't have to recognize and negotiate with a newly formed union then what good are they.

  • Nice to see the censors at Heritage hard at work to make sure nobody with a dissenting opinion comments here. Every single comment I made has been removed. Nothing but a bunch of intellectual cowards.

  • Yea these are the same people who claim any attempt to break up media conglomerates is an assault on freedom and democracy lol Hey buddhagem great job on your last video..Someone has to refute this corporate propaganda

  • concur strongly

  • I have never had my comments removed, and I call Heritage out on their lies more than anyone.

Several right wing channels will remove your posts and then block you, but Heritage isn't one of them.

  • Well about six of my comments are not here. And my video response doesn't show up, although you can easily watch it on my channel.

  • Comment removed

  • 2:47 "and the full, employer matched, profit-sharing plan like we do."

    It's essentially an employee-owned company.

  • Actually it isn't. It is privately owned by the two operating principals. The profit-sharing plan has been in place for almost 50 years and is entirely funded by the company based upon time in service and employee wages earned.

  • @ebmindc

    I stand corrected. Thank you.

  • @hitssquad they call it employee owned but do any of the employees have any say?

  • Unions create unemployment by keeping wages artificially high. This legislation is a job killer.

  • really?!?!?! So I guess you really believe there is some magical invisible hand that has guided 95% of the wealth into the hands of 5% of the population...The system is rigged. I WANT DEMOCRACY NOW..in the workplace, the community and around the world

  • @bcolias companies create poverty by keeping wages artificially low. This legislation is an economic booster.

  • More than any other industry, the union-free construction industry will be the first and fastest to be destroyed under EFCA, with thousands of companies and millions of workers at stake. The reason is simple, these companies cannot bid on work while awating a federal arbitrator to determine their cost structure (i.e., labor costs). It iwll be a quick and immediate death for these companies and the unions will have more unemployed members.

  • @888NOUNION most of those companies use illegal immigrant labor any way so I don't feel sorry for them.

  • America will not survive Obama!

  • This is yet another attempt on Obama's part to KILL the American middle class.

Obama want's a MAJORITY lower class to beholden to HIM, meanwhile the very rich who employ people will further increase.

Net result a SOCIALISED AMERICAN GOVERNMENT STATE.

  • lol wow did you hear that on talk radio...first of all state socialism for the rich already exists...Second all this bill does is allow workers to decide how to hold an election and requires management to acknowledge the union once it is formed. its no good forming a union is the boss refuses to sit down and negotiate.

  • Ha-haaaaaaaaaaa! The paranoia of the right is a thing to behold.

  • The Dictatorship of the Left is appauling! Fucking wimps think they can control us....think again! Oh, wait thinking is only allowed for the Leader of the Libs...who is that Pelosi, Reid or Obama....good luck they are all incompetent! They make Bush look like a genius!

  • LMAO! Listen to you!

    BTW, WTF does appauling mean?

  • thank you rush limbaugh...

  • These people have no idea the havoc their ideas like the EFCA would cause. Why can't they understand what the EFCA would do to businesses? All they can see apparently is that, Oh, we can form a Union easier now, not looking at the big picture of what that Union would mean and if the business could support that Union or if it would have to shut down. For something so simple as basic economics, these libs sure are either woefully ignorant, or maliciously greedy and wanting to attack businesses

  • Look at what happened to Stella Doro. Now the unions and workers are complaining because they have no jobs to return to. It was their own fault for striking for so long and making impossible demands. No one understands what REALLY goes on behind the closed doors at these company/union meetings.

  • The UAW has killed the auto industry.

The unions in general are responsible for many jobs left to overseas because of demanding too much money.

  • I agree. The leaders of this country have in effect reallocated jobs and capital to overseas because they think it will get better returns there than in the USA and in the process set up a self fulfilling prophecy of a contracting economy here................all bad news long term now.

  • @Scottit

Corporate greed has killed the manufacturing industry in America.

The Corporations are responsible for outsourcing. Their greed demands too much money.

  • labor unions are like little governments.

  • and corporations are like giant institutions of tyranny

  • Feel free to get your products & services without corps.

  • @nym8600 Then why the fuck are you using YouTube which is produced by Google corp you stupid fucking moron?
