No he did not. This is coming directly from his website titled, OBama's Energy Policy. It's not Obama's "long-term". Oh I know. Obama's short term policy is to ride a bike, suck it up whitey and say No to everything.

The BO camp has done nothing but complain about McCain's energy policy. So instead of reading the propaganda I looked at Obama's website to see what is his policy. Let's look shall we...
-Reduce Carbon Emissions 80 Percent by 2050
-nvest in a Clean Energy
-Support Next Generation Biofuels
-Set America on Path to Oil Independence
-Improve Energy Efficiency 50 Percent by 2030
How does any of this help us in the next few years? It Does not.
