@TheSteelersrock1010 Yea I did all my studies on that car I love that car.Personally I love muscle cars my top three is the Chevy camaro dodge challenger and all the mustangs.But this Kitt was sexy and powerful but don't get me wrong the Firebird of the old kitt was sexy but as you get older you start to look at car differently a and muscle car pulled me in.I loved the two scanners and the way Kitt could reflect bullets.Again I really miss that show.

Actually if you look at the two episodes of the original KR series, that had KARR in it, they're two different voices, the first being Peter Cullens, and the other done by Paul Frees. Then of course Peter Cullens comes back to do the 2009 version of KARR.
A blooper shows old car for KARR's jump of demise and how it landed into the ocean with a big bang. Yet, in the later season, KARR is actually buried underneath sand and this time sporting yellow tracer lights instead of the red.

Yes, Peter Cullen voiced KARR in the first appearance on the old show, and on the new show. He was replaced by Paul Frees for his second appearance. I see what you mean. At 1:46 in this clip, Michael's boots are hanging over the rear window of KARR, even tho he had already jumped off some 30 seconds before and is chasing in KITT.
I know Peter Cullen ("Optimus Prime") did the voice for KARR in the first meeting. It sounded, however, like they got someone else to do the voice of KARR for the second meeting. Any thoughts?

KARR drove off the cliff and EXPLODED INTO PIECES. Then in Trust Doesn't Rust he is found buried in the sand in perfect condition?! That is the one problem with KITT Vs KARR series.
KARR's return in Season 3 is what is referred to as a Retcon. KARR was believed to be destroyed but was buried in the sand until the tides receded and was found. They state in later interviews about the season 3 episode that his scanner color was changed to be different from KITT to tell them apart and state that KARR's damage from the crash damaged the scanner hence the color change to it. His programming though was damaged hence he didn't have his self preservation protocols.

In Trust Doesn't Rust, both KITT and KARR had red scanners; in KITT vs KARR, KARR's scanner was yellow. It was later in KITT vs. KARR that KARR also got his two-tone black-and-silver paint job; in Trust Doesn't Rust, the two Trans Ams were identical.

@Optimus313 yea but thats because all the buttons he was pressing was putting kitt in manual override so kitt couldn't try to take control again then michael pushes normal cruise and michael now has full control again and kitt being in manual override kitt can't take control so that what all the button pressing was for

@TheSteelersrock1010 I'm glad you agree with me not many people like the 2008 knight rider because it was not like the original.But it wasn't meant to be like the old one it's like passing the torch from father to son at least that's how I see it. I loved the Mustang Kitt the one from the tv movie I love the one from the show as well.Don't get me wrong but I love how the tv movie kitt transfromed into attack mode.That would be funny to see the two kitt but I would like to see the viper 2

They stopped that show right when it started to get good. I guess when people hear the name what they watched in the past they still want to see in this day in age.Like really in the year 2008 who want to see a 84 firebird and a old man.I would like to see the defender from that viper show and Kitt 3000 team up.

@TheSteelersrock1010 Yea I did all my studies on that car I love that car.Personally I love muscle cars my top three is the Chevy camaro dodge challenger and all the mustangs.But this Kitt was sexy and powerful but don't get me wrong the Firebird of the old kitt was sexy but as you get older you start to look at car differently a and muscle car pulled me in.I loved the two scanners and the way Kitt could reflect bullets.Again I really miss that show.

@Optimus313 all yea and since you see the part of all the button pushing to you see when karr went off the cliff and exploded it wasn't even karr or even a trans am when karr went off the cliff that was a clip from another movie i think it was from the movie the car or something like that and if nothing can hurt kitt or karr why did karr explode ? when he hit the water he should have landed on his top or wheels side or something but he should have not exploded .hes got that shell like kitt

@Optimus313 well think about it the whole car is to be protected by his bonded shell so that should me the gas tank to i mean look how many times kitt has been shot at went threw fire what ever remember when kitt was knocked over a hill and he rolled over and over but he didn't explode so karr shouldn't have ether and the makers of kr to make that scene look more like karr should have threw a junk trans am over the cliff that way it would have looked like karr going over ..

Oh and for the record people who didn't like the mustang kitts attack mode I say this at least it had style which the Spm did not.I'm sorry I didn't like the SPM kitt it made him look ugly. @jasoniswildman09: Pretty sure that the voice of K.A.R.R. was Paul Frees in this episode from the 1980's (I believe 1984).
IMDB dot com and search for Paul Frees, look at Knight Rider "K.I.T.T. vs. K.A.R.R.", and look at full cast and crew.
The remake in 2009 was voiced by Peter Cullens.

Actually if you look at the two episodes of the original KR series, that had KARR in it, they're two different voices, the first being Peter Cullens, and the other done by Paul Frees. Then of course Peter Cullens comes back to do the 2009 version of KARR.
A blooper shows old car for KARR's jump of demise and how it landed into the ocean with a big bang. Yet, in the later season, KARR is actually buried underneath sand and this time sporting yellow tracer lights instead of the red.

The Original voice for Karr was Peter Cullen best known as the voice of Optimus Prime in the original Transformers series,

Yes, Peter Cullen voiced KARR in the first appearance on the old show, and on the new show. He was replaced by Paul Frees for his second appearance. Dunno why, 'cause Cullen was (still is, really) the man. Or the car. Or something. I always thought that Garth shoulda hooked KARR up to Goliath so that we'd truly have an evil Optimus...

I liked Paul Frees as KARR he was my favorite.......... Peter Cullen was all right but he was better as the voice of Optimus Prime.

KARR drove off the cliff and EXPLODED INTO PIECES. Then in Trust Doesn't Rust he is found buried in the sand in perfect condition?! That is the one problem with KITT Vs KARR series.

KARR's return in Season 3 is what is referred to as a Retcon. KARR was believed to be destroyed but was buried in the sand until the tides receded and was found. They state in later interviews about the season 3 episode that his scanner color was changed to be different from KITT to tell them apart and state that KARR's damage from the crash damaged the scanner hence the color change to it. His programming though was damaged hence he didn't have his self preservation protocols.

In Trust Doesn't Rust, both KITT and KARR had red scanners; in KITT vs KARR, KARR's scanner was yellow. It was later in KITT vs. KARR that KARR also got his two-tone black-and-silver paint job; in Trust Doesn't Rust, the two Trans Ams were identical.
