I don't know why people keep saying that the Jin player was rubbish. I have been called "one of the best heihachi players ever" "Wow you really put some heihachi players to shame" etc. but i can't play as heihachi on the right side for shit. Some would call this a major weakness (quite francly it is) but this does not mean that i suck, it's just that some play styles i cannot counter or situations can cripple my play. So maybe the Jin player does suck or he can't play on the right side etc.

The thing about Xiaoyu is that she's not a heavy hitter, and unless you can string a lot of attacks in, she can easily be overtaken by stronger opponents, like Bryan. She isn't a weak character when used correctly, but Bryan is strong even without a technique, so she didn't really have a chance. I'm also guessing that the guy playing Bryan was a better player.
