  • looks a little bit like agedashi doufu

  • 旨そう。

  • 朝見ると、お腹に堪えるなぁ~゚。(*^▽^*)ゞ

  • is there a way you could possibly add in english subtitles or commentary?

  • The captions are pretty much redundant.

"crumble the tofu by hand into medium-large pieces"

"serve onto plate when slightly browned"

"put daikon, then shredded nori, then bonito flakes, then green onions, then pour nagasawake or soy sauce over everything."

  • 雷豆腐で一杯やりたいなぁ~~~

    本当に旨そうです。

  • whats the sauce used?

  • It's a brand called Nagasawake All Purpose Sauce. The blog (and videos hosted here on Youtube) exist as a way to sell the product, although not every recipe listed uses it. You will have to either mail order it or if you live in a large city, find an asian market and buy 万能つゆ in whatever brand they carry.

  • @eplpsy thanks! ^^

  • Cant wait till the english one comes!

Thanks a lot for posting :D

    It looks delicious

  • nice simple dish

  • 今回も簡単なのに本当に美味しそうなレシピ

    です!さっそくトライします♪

  • 簡単だし、おいしそうだし、安い食材だし、いいですね!

  • does it matter what kind of tofu you use? or is there a specific kind?

  • Since it has to endure pan frying, don't use silk/soft tofu as it will disintegrate when you stir it.

  • bonito flakes?

  • It's a type of dried fish. You don't have to use it

  • thank you!
