well you use the unreal editor for creating the stage and since this is a mod of a mod i used the oragnal information its running on from the oragnal mod, all i relly did was recreat the stage to green hill zone with the mesh hes running on from 3Ds max.

well it took me about a week to get to here and my PC relly hates rendering the final peace of this, don't think i could explain how i made it to well as it would take along time, you see i go to a uni that teaches me how to make 3D models and video games ^^

just look up sonic UT2004 mod on google your find the orangal mod there and your beable to use that, thats how i got hold of the orangal ^^
