The Singaporean owners living in Blk 254, Bukit Batok East Ave 4 had a crazy dog that was given permission to bite and injure other dogs and people without feeling any remorse. Had the Singapore Government done anything about it ? They did not.

The owners never feel any remorse for what their dog had done nor did they compensate for the victims' injury bills. Ugly and Horrible Singaporeans !
