This is not the one Stan Kenton recorded. That arrrangement was by Steve Spiegel. This one was recorded by Maynard Ferguson arranged by Adrian Drover (I think).
nice high notes in the bones at 2:32 and 3:45. no offense, but with the trumpet solo taken down the octave the song is not exciting. i was sort of bored the whole song. the whole band really got into it when we played it this year
