  • the worst joint pop out I have to say is the thigh to the hip joint. doing unfocused exercising is an enemy lol.

  • lol bye doing that all you have to do is dislocate you shoulders and be able to relocate them. not saying its easy lol ive been tryin to do that for 5 years now

    its cool, but annoying,

    you cant play sport without hurting yourself though

  • @imboredmeow Do your joints ''pop'' out of place during sports,lifting? Mine allways did.(I'm also hypermobile)

    i have the version that they concider arthritis.. because if i do tooo much sports certain parts of the body may just randomly sprain or dislocate... im going on fisiotherapy in like a week!
