I always wait for the game to come out with a complete edition or for the price to drop, so I don't spend 60$ on a game I might not even like. Also, having people play demo of another game to get free items gives more incentive to check out that game.

The Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning demo comes out of January 17 on all platforms. There is currently no release date for the Mass Effect 3 demo but i'd guess it'd be before the release of Reckoning.
