Why does everyone say that KOS-MOS and Shion had a 'lovers' relationship? It's dumb.

The extent of their relationship can be viewed as Creator and the Created, but I see it more of a mother and daughter relationship kinda. Shion created KOS-MOS and since Kevin helped design KOS-MOS.

My opinion about Momo/Jr or Sakura/Jr... I think Momo is more like a sister to Jr, Sakura asked him to look after her, after all... maybe that's why Jr feels like he has to protect Momo. She became his responsabilty. Momo/Jr are cute and I can understand why people ship them... but when I analysed their backstories and age, I don't think romantic love can exist between them.

Concerning Kos-Mos and Shion, I think the most obvious reason why Shion is so affectionate with her is because of Kevin.

I think it fits considering how they interact in the first game alone. Not just in a sisterly way, I believe Rubedo holds real feelings for MOMO. Their back stories are connected and yes, maybe MOMO isn't human but neither is No. 666.

You don't have to play Xenogears first. A lot of story in Xenosaga is detailed in the database available in Ep 1 and 3. And while there is a connection, it isn't so connected that you can't understand Saga without Gears or vice versa. They're connected, but still seperate enough to be enjoyable without the other.

Man I love that song...it's so deep in the heart, when you showed the couples it seemed to make me think back. Amazing footage from the first two games. And in some ways Episode 3 did have some things not even agreeable to me, I think it was wise not to add anyting from that game here. It was great, don't get me wrong, but it probably would've ruined the mood.
