@FreeLanceArizona - A "residual" can be anything, from footsteps to apparitions to sounds like music or voices or yes even animals. It sounds like a bird, and they did use Canaries in mines to detect toxic gasses. So maybe not a ghost bird as such but a residual sound of one. Residual hauntings are just recording on the environment no conciousness involved, so yes it can be a bird song but not from a ghost bird.
Oh my goodness. We just got done staying in room 119! We had to give tombstone a try!! Set up the camera in there while we were away and captured a lady humming, probably 20 or more(no exaggeration) orb balls of light shooting across the room. when were in the room there were balls of light we couldnt see with naked eye! Lastly we hear a knock at the door, with woman voice sayin come in while you here sound of footsteps n chain lock unfasten then the camera moves to a weird angle all on its own
I recently went to Tombstone and visited all of those locations. Thanks for uploading these. The last one at Big Nose Kate's and the Nellie ones are great
You most likely do, there is certainly History with the Germans and Tombstone. I was told that during WW2 and maybe even WW1 German Prisoners of War were housed there. Also personal observation, in the basement of the Bird Cage Theatre there is a space that is blocked by Iron bars, behind it German Helmets, stacks of Bayonets, Goggles, Barrels of Gunpowder, uniforms and sundry. Wish I could understand more German, please can you tell me whats being said and in what part of the presentation? TY
If you view my second video from there you will be able to see the location of these items. The specific location in the second video from Tombstone ( Vid02 ) is at 4.32 to 4.51 using the time stamp.
I've never done EVP work, but today I walked thru the American Revolution era cemetery at 'St. Paul's Chapel,' across from the 'World Trade 9/11' site. I just walked thru that cemetery saying, "God bless you." I felt so sad for those 9/11 victims, its all I could think of saying. I thought, I wonder what is being said back to me? I wished I had a recorder with me then.
The very last evp sounds like someone talking and not laughter...something like "heaven help me" or "not without me". I am not doubting you in any way that is just what I am hearing. Thanks for posting.
Your right, it could be words... the person who captured it said it sounded like laughter and it was presented as such. But listening to it after your post I do hear what could be words, I'll use some professional audio software I didn't have at the time of this posting to check it closer.
yah im heard laughter the first time and the second time i heard words for sure in a shaky but slow whisper of a voice saying something like what the guy above me said you should check it out
thankyou for the reply, ok, but how do spirits comunicate through the radio/tv? i believe in it i just cant understand how they do it, they all sound distressed, ive seen the film, white noise and i found it scary and sad, how spirits seem lost in the radio and are calling out. How do they speak through it?
I sent u an email with links to some of what is known (theorized) about them. But no one knows for sure what they are or where they come from, there are good theories and beliefs based on both religion and science but as yet little hard evidence, this field is still rather new and although we can record them or hear them in different ways and means the origin and source remains a mystery. Final answer.. "your guess is as good as mine" FTW :D
My guess is because spiritual energy seems to be electromagnetic in nature (such as disturbances in EMF fields), it is easier for them to create sound by imprinting a magnetic pattern on tape or creating an electrical pulse. Remember, audible sound is created by something vibrating the air. I suppose it is possible for a ghost to cause audible sound by vibrating the air directly, but this is harder to do (sometimes you hear objects moving or banging that don't exist; hence a ghostly noise)
Excelent hypothesis I actually never thought of that but it does make sense. I hope we find out for sure in my lifetime, if not then hopefully our (everyone who does) investigations and material will be used to get to the truth. Knowledge is never a bad thing.
When it comes right down to it it's basically setting up recorders and letting them run. EVP's are voices and/or sounds that are ONLY heard on the recorder (when you play back the recording you hear them) you never know what you will catch. Places with a history of paranormal activity seem to have more EVP activity and increase the likelyhood of catching them.
Excellent! You captured some really good EVP's there.
