Eat a balanced diet and you will be fine. The WP diet isn't going to cure your pancreatitis or bipolar disorder. If it does anything your problems were psychological to begin with.
She has a Master's Degree in English. Please tell me how she is a nutritionist? Everything she attributes to eating meat and drinking raw milk can be explained by genetics. If your parents have crooked teeth, you probably will too. If they have broad faces, you will too. How can anyone believe this. Read their web page, they are nuts!
@wrapperfoot I don't know. the other people say if someone has a genetic diabetes, if they go vegan their diabeties won't have to be managed with insulin shots.
and like what this woman says.
from being here and there, it is the fact that being plant eaters makes one super healhty, all the time.
@wrapperfoot No, they aren't nuts. I've had pancreatitas and bi-polar emotional troubles for years. Weeks after I started eating according to the NT diet, my problems completely went away. In fact, the only time I have problems now is if I eat grains. This diet completely changed my life for the better!
@wrapperfoot That's just the thing. People who've raised their kids on this diet have children with broad faces and who don't need braces (unlike most of their parents). Crooked teeth is not a normal human condition. It's a sign of malnutrition.
@JulietHuman As a world traveler I have been to many countries and seen children with malnutrition and straight teeth. My Mother ate a very healthy diet when she was pregnant with me yet I had crooked teeth that required orthodontics. Crooked teeth is a genetic condition therefore it is a normal human condition. If both of your parents have narrow faces and crooked teeth and follow this diet, I guarantee that you won't have a broad face and straight teeth. Your comment defies logic.
From the WAPF: "The Foundation seeks to establish a laboratory to test nutrient content of foods, particularly butter produced under various conditions; to conduct research into the "X Factor," discovered by Dr. Price; and to determine the effects of traditional preparation methods on nutrient content and availability in whole foods."
Again, I quote: "The Foundation seeks to establish a laboratory to test..."
To establish a LABORATORY.
Now you know the agenda of the Weston Price Foundation.
A question to anyone who knows. I know sesame seeds are very very high in phytic acid (about 5 times higher than soy) my mum is cypriot and in cyprus they eat tahini a lot as a dip, with souvlaki etc. My question is does the "grinding" of the seeds reduce/deactivate the phytic acid? If not why is it part of the traditional diet? I just ate loads about a bowl full! I love the texture
@icewalker23 : If in doubt, eat real food, i.e. non-processed, whole foods, preferably certified organic, grass fed cattle and wild fish. Farmed fish is not healthier than wild fish.
Its all about the money, and corporations employ the government. The FDA accepts their test results, and corporations like Dupont (pesticides/SOY) are self regulating. Soy is laced with with MSG. These people should be in jail!
Soy is a plant and the last time I heard plants are good for you.

Simple solution: Never go to the grocery store. Take 1 room of your home and convert it into an indoor garden/greenhouse. Easy
