I am addicted to your videos. I love them. They have really inspired me to eat more whole and natural foods. I am still working on the journalizing and counting points (WW plan). Do you ever have days when you are stressed and take a day off from your weight plan and just eat whatever you want. Sometimes, it just feels as if it is overwhelming to focus what I am eating when I get stressed. How do you deal with these moments?
I generally allow myself some leeway... when I just CAN'T TAKE IT I go up to maintain-weight calories, or even slightly above... and then the next day I work out like crazy to create a good defecit.
It's important to be nice to yourself, and allow indulgence when you really "need" it :)
That's why I love circuit training... I do it 3 days a week and the routine is different every time. It not only keeps it interesting, I can never get used to it.
Great video guys! I have been following you guys since day 1 :) You are great inspiration and motivation for us all.
Not sure how you handle 'user submitted questions' but here is one to think about : What do YOU guys do after a really really really bad day of eating? I'm not talking like 2 oreos and 4 M&M's...I'm thinking more like multiple times your daily cal allowance at once? It would be interesting to hear from you!
What I find helpful when I plateau is to have a 1 day binge/cheat day & then eat 200 extra calories (helps speed up metabolism) after that for about 3 days or upto a week. While also taking Dandelion Capsules 500mg (Natural Herbal Diuretic) or drinking Dandelion Coffee to help with the water retention that will occure.
Now it's true that 1) You may put on a litte weight, & 2) You may find it hard to go back to eating 200 calories less. But for me it works! I've lost 113 lbs since June 08 last year & have 65 more pounds to go until I hit my goal of 140 lbs.
ive been on a plateau for 2 months!! this week im getting over it

Just wondering how you know how many calories you burn? Do you use a heart rate monitor? If so which one?
Thanks Shanti
