  • fuckin awesome! love the dancin, wish my pts would dance like that =p u sir r a fuckin genious, laughed hysterically thru the whole thing =D

  • psychotic episode with visual and tactile hallucinations. classic

  • moommmyy!!!!!XO noooo

  • ...I think she just 'likes' to dance in her matching red lingerie....

  • Great job!!! I totally cracked up watching this. Tooo funny!! Can't wait for your next creation on Xtranormal. Two thumbs up!!! Shake those hips!!

  • I hate the long pauses where she is dancing and nothing is being spoken...stupid.

  • what is she on? drugs, drugs and more drugs lol

  • shes not crazy!!shes possesed!!

  • Its called formication. Really.

  • To continue. Or a proper examination or diagnosis. Every household in the UK should be issued with a book on First Aid and dealing with minor ailments such as scalds and upset stomachs. It would save the NHS a lot of money because it's mostly ignorance and social pressure as well as cutting back of funding that causes the burdens on the NHS. There are stupid people who go to the doctor every time they get a cold which they should only do if it lasts for two weeks or more.

  • Psychiatric disorders are real not made up. I feel sorry for the people who get them. Before you judge these people for being malingerers it could happen to you one day.

  • cocaine is uh helluva drug

  • that is my son , he has bugs all over his body too !!! hahahaha =)

  • "I AM THE DAUGHTER OF JESUS CHRIST! HE WILL KILL YOU FOR NOT KILLING THESE BUGS! YOU ARE MAKING HIM ANGRY!"

  • Omg I hate psych patients. Lol.

  • "I am the daughter of Jesus Christ." LOL AS IF XD

  • bahahahaha meth whores :) I see these all too often.

  • bahahahaha meth whores :) I see these all too often.

  • What cracks me up more than this vid is that the only replies from the medical community are to those commentators who are sensitive to the patients (like myself). Interesting that nobody replies to the commentators who find this funny. It's also quite interesting how defensive they become when called to the carpet about their lack of empathy (a little too much protesting me thinks). What a sad world in which we live. I hope I never get 'sick.'

  • It takes special patience to work with psych ppl

  • Lol. I've been on all those meds.

  • @kitteespj's, I am a veteran triage doctor I worked in an ER for 16 years then I went to trauma surgery for 6 years, and I went back to triage now again, you are not about to tell me that there are a lot of cases that often include actual bugs in the scalp. I think I have dealt with enough of these cases to understand what's going on thank you very much

  • @pursellfarms3086 It's folks like you who caused me to drop out of med school (the egotistical God thing). You are not better, nor smarter, than everybody else (certainly not myself, lol). I never said 'a lot of people' have this happen, however, it has; thought someone might find it interesting. I, too, have dealt with enough of 'these cases' to understand what's going on as well. Difference between you and me: I care. You can't justify your contempt for them--they bought you your Mercedes.

  • @kitteesPJs your argument makes no sense. the "cause" of you dropping out of med school was that, some of your colleagues or superiors had an attitude you did not like? blaming others for your issues and making sure to point out your own high intelligence? you are either just as narcissistic or insecure and in denial for your actual reasons of leaving medical school. i'm leaning towards the latter.

  • @jadeangel2757 Struck a nerve did I?

  • Ok its funnyy but really i am hoping i would take this more seriously and sensitively in actual life obviously she needs REAL help people in healthcare should not be so uneducated...funny though but sad

  • I do have bugs all over my body. I caught crabs off of a craigslist hooker.

  • It sucks having an actual neuropathy that makes you FEEL like you have bugs all over you. I am not insane. I have nerve damage. But it feels like bugs crawling all over me all day long. i havent burned my clothing, I dont have allergies.. I dont take medications.... and green listerine doesnt help. I dont SEE bugs. just feel them. It is legitimate sensations. This does crack me up though.

  • dlusional parasitosis

  • That is hilarious! I nearly choked on my cornflakes watching this.

  • That is hilarious!

  • They're actually called "Bed bug bites"

  • i love the awkward silences

  • With all due respect, this lady NEEDS to be admitted to the hospital...in the psych ward! Thanks for posting...watching this this make me feel as if I'm normal.

  • this is so fuckin gay

  • If meth withdrawal, put her on buprenorphine & take her off slow. If alc withdrawal, put her on a benzo. Either way, just send them home. They're fine.

  • possible meth or alcohol withdrawal...

  • Delirium Tremens.

  • See right there.. there is a bug on my son . That looks like a mole..

  • I am the daughter of Jesus Christ?!?!?!?

    LMAO!!!!!

  • Face it people, without these people life would be quite mundane. This is quite entertaining. lmao

  • SO OFFPUTTING!!

  • that is scar but funny at the same time. its scunny.

  • I love how she starts dancing rofl

  • too bad the software can't do the dancing thing during the talking, makes this one a bit extended for its content

  • not about crystal meth, but delusions of parasitosis which can be a very sad condition

  • @iraqizhome Yeah this vid is way more sad than it is funny. It's too bad people in the medical field actually make fun of the poor, uneducated, and mentally ill like this. :-(

  • @kitteesPJs how do you suppose we would cope if we didn't? going from holding a dying man's hand to an irate mother whose child has had a fever for 30 minutes? and that's not even exaggerating.

  • @serenityMMM That's what you are trained and paid to deal with. You could always find a new career if you don't like it.

  • @lemsip lol! Paid and trained? that is such an overstatement! There is no training for dealing with "entitled" crazy people.

  • @serenityMMM It should be part of the curriculum in degrees in medicine. In Britain psychiatric training is included in medical schools.

  • @lemsip It is in the US, too. I think serenityMMM may have meant that teaching the skill of how to talk to such a patient in the ER isn't part of the core curriculum, per se. I'm just a first-year student so I don't know how much guidance you get about that kind of thing during clinical rotations

  • @kitteesPJs I think this video is more of a re-enactment of what happens in the healthcare setting. Scenarios like this happen all the time in the hospital, nobody is being made fun of here. However, putting this on youtube brings awareness to the general public what mentally ill patients go through and how they behave. It is the general public who have little knowledge in mental illness stigmatizes ppl with mental illness.

  • @Evesyw I worked in the mental health field for years (we once had a woman who burned her head with bleach because someone told her she had a fungal infection). No one I ever worked with, much less myself, would put such a disrespectful depiction up like this. If I were to educate the public, I would find a more respectful way to do so.

  • These XtraNormal videos are too much alike. The male voice is always the same, as is the female voice, the doc is always black, the patient always dances, there's always a lifeless kid on the table who usually has nothing to do with the story, the set decoration is always the same. The software needs improvement.

  • @ReligiousZombie actualy u can change those options to some extent but most you have to buy. so thats why

  • I actually had a patient come in to my ER like this, except we thought it was a mental disorder like most, but....they actually had actual bugs under their skin, we then found the wounds where the bugs went in and. Later removed them

  • @pursellfarms3086 There was a woman who had come back from vacation in Costa Rica and insisted she had bugs in her head. Dr after dr wrote her off as crazy until she finally got one to actually look under her hair, where he found a Costa Rican blowfly had laid it's eggs and the larvae had hatched INSIDE her scalp. No wonder iatrogenesis is so out of control -- drs just don't listen anymore. I understand some patients can be asses, but all of us end up suffering as result of physician apathy.

  • If you're the daughter of Jesus, then you must have the bugs for a reason, don't be askin' the doctor to get rid of the work of Jesus.

  • That was classic

  • ROFL LMFAO THIS IS THE FUNNIEST XTRANORMAL SHIT I EVER SAW

  • lol - green listerine!

  • Is there any other kind of ER patient?

  • Em ... all I can say is ... Yeah,

  • RANDOM DANCING

  • medicatin? medication

  • loool...people should randomly gyrate their body like that more often

  • ..... You know..... I FEEL like there are bugs crawling all over me, but I have a real condition called CMT disease.

I am not on drugs for this. It makes me sad that people are actually like this.

That said, these videos are funny.

  • LMFAO these videos be fuinny as hell. Especially with the lil dance they do. Imma dance like that whenever I say somethin is wrong with me.

  • I have actually met people like this, and it's not funny -- it's just about the saddest thing ever... and it's sad that our society helps create situations like this.

  • @MrAureliusR - PLEASE!!!! They could all drop dead (and hopefully will) today and the only sadness would be from the mess they carcasses made. The world would be better off without them and their drug-addicted asses!

  • @MrAureliusR If you see this day after day at work, you would go just as crazy. Making light and humor out of these situations, is how you keep your self going, for your next pt. Only when you laugh, can you cry. I have heard it called "hangman's humor".

  • Tragic really.

  • I have not come across a patient like that and I hope I don't. Crazy or on something, I can't imagine actually thinking bugs are all over and inside you. and then implementing her child into it. sad

  • I am the daughter of Jesus Christ, and he will punish you for not killing these bugs. omg.

  • too funny!!!

  • this is seriously hilarious. hahahahahahahaha

  • LMFAO!!! This is SOOO typical! I love it.

  • Absolutely brilliant!!!!! I love that she is allergic to "hamsters". A little into the S&M.

  • omg lmao

  • lol

  • "I am not crazy" -starts dancing in the hospital room-

  • oh this is soo accurate it isn't even funny. I work in emergency services and psych and this is about how it goes.

  • Peripheral Neuropathy

This disorder attacks the nervous system in the body. Peripheral neuropathy affects the nerves that carry the blood and oxygen to various internal organs of human body. When the blood cells in the skin are deprived of blood, they breakdown, causing pain and needle-like sensations in the skin. Sometimes the skin can become hypersensitive due to crawling and itching sensations

  • And while i have this... I can't SEE bugs on me. just feel them.

    it's not a drug problem. It's a nerve problem.

    I like her dance! :)

  • The worst part is that she's pregnant.

  • THis WOMAN IS SECTION 8 all the way!

  • WTF. How does he have the listerine? He didn't even leave D:

  • why does she do that dance???

  • Uh oh, Meth bugs by proxy! Her poor son!

  • @bels10 JUST TO LET YOU KNOW YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE ARE CONFUSTING METHADONE AND CRYSTAL METH aka methamphetamines

  • @EdinAmmar ok sorry I should have said 'ice', which is our local term

  • Sounds like shes on meth and acid.

  • Omg. TFF. Glad i dont get these patients very often.

  • Oh the wonderful effects that meth can have on a person

  • I'm a corrections officer and I swear I've booked this girl before...

  • Boring

  • Lol she was dancing she should be on dancing with the stars loL!

  • man this job would be very entertaining if all patients started randomly dancing and jiggling like that

  • This is about crystal meth

  • @BrianFlag Yup, it sounds like delusional parasitosis.

  • @BrianFlag how is that?..I kinda don't get it.

  • As I dentist I see fewer of these patients than the Medical folks do, but they wear me out just the same, and their profile is the same also. I don't know how you can put up with this on a daily basis.

  • "I'm allergic to ....the plastic molding on my face, the leather in restraints,...and hamsters" MAHAHHAHAHAHA Too funny!!!

  • Amphetamine psychosis?

  • I love it! Thanks for making this video.

  • Love it lmao!!!

  • hahaha. as a 4th year medical student about to graduate and go into emergency medicine.....we see this all the time. At least it is comedic relief in a very hard job!

  • OMHG!!! that's totally funny!!

  • Hey psych resident. Maybe I'm just a jaded pit doc but I think you need to hang out with a few more meth tweekers. Keep at it.

  • I really do not think this is a drug-seeking patient. I'm a psychiatry resident and this looks to me like legit psychosis.

  • um.. LSD, PCP, psilocybin mushrooms? You really think this is a visual hallucination from schizophrenia?

  • Angehellic, welcome to the real world. The problem w/ health care is not the professionals on the front lines in ER's , that survive these kinds of patients on a DAILY basis and still deliver quality care. The problem is for profit health care and the obscene abuses by the insurance industry. Get real.

  • working in a clinic I haven't seen a case of a crazy patient yet but I have seen things that people didn't have to come in for right away. They haven't even tried anything and expect doctors to help make them better asap! some of them aren't like that but then there are some that are!!!

  • They don't know any different & wouldn't turn to a pharmacist or first aid book as their first point of call. There is also the social pressure into going to a GP or Emergency Unit especially in the UK where we have a National Health Service although a much needed and valuable service. It's much quicker and doesn't cost a lot to go to your nearest pharmacists, ask for advice and buy over the counter remedies especially as many are now generic. Go to a GP when you need something stronger.

  • you ppl making fun of patients are the reason why our healthcare sucks man...I know there are a handful of weirdos looking for drugs, but come on...this is a profession! You shouls all be ashamed lol

  • Speaking as a healthcare professional (for over 20 years) the problem with our healthcare system is people like these. If we were allowed to make fun of them to their faces and kick them out of the ER, healthcare costs could decline greatly. (I said could, not would. To assure healthcare cost decline you would also have to do away with all attorneys and health insurance companies.)

P.S. There is no such thing as fibromyalgia.

  • @bkr1969 Bet you think there's no such thing as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome either. You can be firm and yet polite with malingering patients but to make fun of them to their faces would be low and despicable.

  • angehellic: I agree with you!!

  • i dont mean to offend you but when you cant cry you have to laugh. I work in a busy OB department & im not exaggerating when i say 90% of our patients are on Medicaid and we really get people like this. 80% of the visits we have are bunk. Ppl come in for sunburns, pimples, MANY drug seekers, attention seekers, & by law we work them up... Bills run in the 100s-1000s for bogus complaints that waste staff time needed for sick/laboring patients and huge waste of tax payer$. & i cant pay my med bills

  • @BillsBFF Maybe if they had a free GP service they wouldn't have to come to the Emergency Room.

  • so you've NEVER EVER complained about people at your job right??? BS

  • @angehellic I agree and any medical professional who posts on here dissing patients or anywhere else on the internet should be sacked, black listed by the private medical insurance companies and Medicaid and made to go and work in the NHS in the UK.

  • LOL @ plastic netting on my face!

  • dont cha see the bugs?

  • Hamsters?

  • allergic to psyc meds...classic lol

  • lol. dont you see all the bugs crawling over me?

  • Dude, do we work together?????????

    New Orleans 1982 to 2004

we need to do roach in the ear......

  • At least she didn't say that she "lost" her methadone and that more methadone is the only thing that can "cure" the bugs.

  • Working in EMS I can relate to all of these videos 100%. Thank you for posting them LOL.

  • LOL we see this all the time. You just wish everyone knew that his happens everyday.
