How ignorant can you honestly be. Depression is nothing to joke about, it's a mental illness. Maybe read a book or two, so you don't have to make a fool of yourself. Also most creative people have some form of depression... maybe your best friend or one of your parents is depressed. A girl I know her father, who was perfectly fine, good job etc said he went for a walk, 5 hours later they found him hanging from a tree with a cord around his neck, dead. Try thinking before you type.

the coke thing is true however. with songs like "the white lady loves you more" and other references. he was heavily into alcohol, crack, heroin, and even on occasion would attempt to overdose on purpose, but had built up an immunity so he wouldn't ever actually die.
