Thanks so much! The only version on YouTube (how sad is that?!). This is definitely a hidden gem, if you ask this longtime Elton fan. From 2004's woefully unappreciated Peachtree Road. A real standout for him vocally, too, IMHO. "My life's been stripped down to the wire" kills me every time. Not bad for an old fart! :-)

Beautiful song! Elton John records some of the best songs, and Bernie Taupin is one of the best lyricists around.
