I can't believe they gave you everything at once! I had the expander for 18 months, then had the braces for nearly 3 years and probably the last year had the rubber bands, but never the headgear. Maybe they do it differently when your 15, or it could be the fact I had mine on 9 years ago. Oh and it was painful for weeks, I would have needed a prescription drug to dull the pain, my whole mouth ached for weeks, and every time they tightened them, lucky you :)
