  • sounds like an early version of "love drunk" just saying

  • yessssssssss this ruleZ

  • hairmetal rules!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 80s best on the world

  • GAY!

  • This is the reason why hair metal died so soon. Too many bands watering down a good thing. This band sucks big time. The lead singer is ugly, the video is wussy stupid, one guy in the band is going bald and the song is just sugary pop with no metal in it. If I was a record producer I would have kicked this band out of my studio within the first minute. What a shitty video! Sorry.

  • Who the fuck cares if the guy is ugly?

This is a good song, and guess what fucktard there aint a thing as watering down music. If people had some talent they would of continued the 80s tradition instead of being lazy fucks.

  • Thanks for making my point. This band had no talent. That's why most people have never heard of them and never will! But there is such a thing called "too much of a good thing can be bad." That's what happened with hair metal. Too many bands looking and sounding the same. And looks is important. Image was big in hair metal. An ugly lead singer won't get you very far. And nice attitude. Is there any reason to drop the F bomb and attack me for my opinion? GROW UP!

  • Go fist yourself azz fuck!

  • woah, its like Bon Jovi merged with Warrant. yikes

  • Tommy Thayer actually had an original gig once, before he became Ace Frehley -

The singers outfit is ludicrous and no bald guy should be in a hair band. I watched this for the comedy aspect and was not disappointed.

  • These guys should have been famous, This is a great song and hardly anyone knows about it! I Have the best, most well known hair metal bands, and the best hair metal bands youve never heard of, and all their videos! Go to: (W) (W) (W) . Nick98 . weebly . com or visit my channal. thanks

  • AHHHH.... The memories of the great 1980's hair bands. Good times!

  • @ChoochNation Overlooked for years

  • I love this song,Tommy Thayer is GOD!!

  • There were so many good bands at the time, that its hard to remember them all. youtube brings it all back. it keeps us all together.

  • did jamie leave and go to warrant?

  • Nope.

  • *sings along* I Was There For YOU! .37-.40 behind the jaime sign ... I'll be there for you, even through the night during all the retakes of lipsyncing... good times

  • Yes it's a big drum kit, and that's how they rolled in the 80's.. Sweet's kit was pretty big, portnoys kit IS pretty big.. but if that's all that matters, out of the well known drummers, Terry Bozzio's current kit easily wins.. just check it out

  • Their drummer must have the sickest drumkit ever.

  • NO WAY..MIKE PORTNOY DOES!!

  • I don't know.. Robert Sweet had a HUGE drumkit back in 1988 during their IGWT tour...

  • They gotta song called Show me the night

  • Gene Simmons Produced 2Albums

    In Heat 1988

    Nasty Nasty 1986

  • how embarassing for them

  • Gene Simmons did Produce this album, but he did NOT produce this track. This is the one track on the album produced by Jonathan Caine of Journey.

  • Tommy Thayer on Lead Guitar... now in KISS playing the Spaceman!

  • Ah the 80's: bad hair, bad music, bad clothes, good times.

  • joke? good hair good music good times

  • fuck off man the 1980's was a great time for rock music.your not wired up correctly :)

  • who said that??

    who the FUCK said that??

who the FUCK said the 80s were shite???

  • Fuck you 80's had amazing ahir amazing music and amazing clothers.

But yes good times can't argue with you there man!

    :)

  • How did this band slip by me? I love hair metal but I don't remember these guys? But then again, the '80's were a bit of a blur!

  • Spiderdragon, The 80's were so good...I'm just recovering now...lol

  • This band slipped by a lot of people ,even though they put out 4 or 5 albums. They were a good hard rock band that never got past being an opening band.

  • Didn't Gene Simmons produced this CD?

  • I think Gene produced 3 of their albums.

  • This is awesome. Always liked Black N Blue.

  • it's OBVIOUS that YOU are an authority on GAY!! like to take a trip up the ol' dirt road huh? ride the hershey highway alot do ya? how's that peter puffin' workin' out for ya?

    BWAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what type of fucking doucebag are you, this is a great tune, the guitarist is with kiss, you know the best band in the world? or has the pipe gotten in the way of your thinking? you fucking putz, your the gay faggot and your nsync, backstreet up you ass boys, fuck off and disrespect those needing disrespect.

  • very well said my friend

  • ACE FREHELY was the guitarist in this video?

  • no, tommy thayer is

  • Ya the lead singer is with Warrant I seen them a few years back in Bay City MI for $5 bucks. He sang "hold on to 18" by Black N' Blue and the rest where Warrant songs, pretty good show, lots of good tunes.

  • Actually, Jamie is no longer with Warrant - Warrant hied Robert Mason (former Lynch Mob) to be their lead singer. Didn't hear if the Warrant - Jaime split was amicable or not.

  • thats a kickass keyboard riff thing. haha

  • It's all rock and roll to me!

  • Last I heard the singer Jaime St. James is now touring with Warrant as Jani Lane's replacement.

  • They are sooo good, I was an 80's teenager,

    never heard of them??

  • The keyboard intro is a total The Who - 'Won't Get Fooled Again' rip! ;-)

  • ok i have more respect for tommy thayer now that i here him not playing ace's licks

  • dude glam rules!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I remember these guys. The first album was not bad...kind of anthemic pop rock, but with a little more edge. Pretty poppy, though. I was always surprised that they weren't a lot bigger. They had the hooks, the sound and overdone look. Go figure.

  • Is that Sara Jessica Parker singing? j/k I actually like the song and thought the band was underrated..

  • i love this :D:D:D:D:D:D (L)

  • I just hope sorry my bad

  • I remember them from the 80s and my thought was " oh no not another Bon jovi" Tommy is way better off in KISS I just the new album sounds a lot better than this S H I T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I"M glad Tommy lost the 80s perm !!!!!!!!!

  • My hair looked almost exactly like Thayers does there in the 80's.

  • Your name wouldn't happen to be Darryl would it??

  • Nope name isn't Darryl. But did kanow a Darryl with simular hair and went to the KISS Asylum tour also. He'd would be from SW Ontatario Canada and would have seen the show in Detroit.

  • 1:54 Tommy Thayer who know is Kiss's lead guitarist :)

  • Actually his job right now is impersonating Ace Frehley.

  • All respect to Tommy Thayer for doing it and all, I just disagree with what KISS have become these days really. He was awesome in Black and Blue though.

KISS died when they didn't design new make up for Tommy and Eric.

  • NASTY NASTY !

  • I heard all of ur comments lol same as sos

  • Is it just me, or does the singer(Jamie St. James) look like the villian from "Passenger 57"(Bruce Payne)? I've thought so for years.

  • The lead singer is actually the friend(Cameron) from Farris buellers day off. He had a little cross dressing transexual phase obviously.

  • The only losers who say negative things about 80's hairbands is cuz they are insecure of their looks and know that these bands have more talent then any bands of today.80's bands had 100 times more talent than todays wannabees.

  • THAT'S HOW I FEEL. I'm starting a rock n' roll band. My idiot brother likes new age.

    Avenged Sevenfold exc.

  • yeeeeuck!

  • they didn't write the song - why are you bashing them. Jon Cain from Journey wrote it and they tried to cross over - they needed a hit and it didn't work - it's still a good song and they are an excellent band - go back and get their first CD!

  • Ok quick question. How do you douchebags bring modern day politics into an argument about a cheesy 80's song. Yeah the song is gay by todays standards, but that doesnt mean the song sucks. It is a nice easy song to listen to. It sure beats the hell out of listening to some black guy talking about pussy so you boneheads can let 50 take you to his candysho.

  • theyr a fine reminder of how easy it was to enjoy MUSIC, however cheesy it was, its a good feel tune by a top band. these days if its not about death or murder its no good, wheres the joy in that??

  • on vh1 classic these guys are on metal mania wtf

  • I remember seeing these guys back in 87 they may be gay but they are still more talented then any disney pop king/queen pigeon stool.

  • Great old 80's band, but this is one of there wussy tunes. And it has the most hits on the tube here. Just goes to show how stupid people are getting. Bunch of libs. obama scumbags. Metal rules, fuck you!!

  • Yes because you have to be right wing to like Black and Blue hahahahha.

  • Awesome 80's band and song!

  • ill alwys be there for u baby alwys i love u

  • I will be there for you too!!!!!

  • No matter what anybody wants to say, these guys were a part of the 80s movement and in my opinion this is a sweet, awesome song... and has anybody noticed that the guitarist is now in Kiss? So you can't say they went nowhere either :P

  • Yeah, Tommy Thayer. He always dreamt of being Aace Frehley, that's why he wears Ace's makeup. I somwewhere heard he was in Poison too, but that could just be a rumour?

  • At one point, Tommy was in a Kiss tribute band, and in fact, was originally hired to re-teach Ace all of his old solos. When Ace decided he didn't want to go back on the road after the Farewell Tour, Gene bumped Tommy to full time band member, which I find vaguely insulting to both Ace and the fans. It's like, "Oh, we can put anyone onstage in Ace's makeup, and it's still the same band", but it's not.

  • i only thought dee snider could pull off the big curly blonde look

  • fuck u

  • fuck u

  • sweet little sister's favorite band.

  • Ha-Ha! Nice one.

  • they are not gay, they perform glam rock

  • i might see these guys in london in a few weeks :) itll be amazing!!

  • Your the fag you little asswipe. Why are you doing a search for them...queer!lol

  • No, I think a better question would be what the hell do you care what I say? Don't you have somthing better to do? Now I know what your going to say "Don't u have somthing better to do?" So in that case sorry if I offended you and your fav pop band but

  • sorry didn't finish my reply. any way but you may not know it but I got freedom of speach. So let me say again i'm sorry that ur over 30 years and you have no friends and you like to try insault 14 year olds. GET A LIFE LOOSER

  • LOL you little punk ur just a little fat wannabe and for ur info little queer i have been laid more times in one week then you will in ur pathetic life.Yes I'm well over 30 and I guarantee I'm much better looking and you will never be as strong as this loser.;)

  • awsome u called urself a looser I think were on the same page

  • dude ur FUCKING retarded,80's metal bands are the best, and this i s coming from me a 15 year old

  • 1. I luv tons of 80's metal bands 2. I'm just so flattered that everyone cares so much about what I have to say cause after my shity comments I thought no one would give a crap what I have to say. and 3. I think its great that u r 15 years old and u luv the 80's good 4 u.

  • Does anyone recognize the future "Ace" in this video?

  • There he is, Tommy Thayer. A good guitar player but there is only one "Ace."

  • dude stop posting that personal and negative informaion . keep the family structure ,im sure if you need him , like the song says

  • hey guy's!

    the guitarest,

Jeff warner is awesome at guitar!

    it's like,

funny though to see what he was like back then cuz he is waaaaaaaaaaay different now,

cuz he used to be my step dad when i was 6 and now i'm 9.

    but his daughters are like,

    sweet as hell! lol!

  • Jeff Warner, the guitarest, uesd to be my step dad! lol! he does drugs now. and he hasn't been my step dad for 3 years now. and his daughters, Rachael and Olivia are stll basicly family though. lol! omg!

  • I saw these guys live in concert! I also met them backstage! They are CRAZY! Cool guys. This video takes me back to 1984 and my Firebird! I was 20 and I was crazy too.

  • dude, i'm nine and Jeff Watner was my step dad 3 years ago, when i was 6 years old and his daughters, Rachael and Olivia are stll like family though. i miss jeff a lot. he does drugs now.

  • jamie has cool hair

  • This song makes me want to jump in the back of my 69 camaro with my highschool hunny. Great ballad. Bring back the 80's music please

  • I first heard of this band when I was 19- in 1985. I have the "Without love" record, and "Nasty Nasty" tape. Good old days!! Thanx 4 posting.

  • i want this mp3 but i cant seem to find it anywhere, any help?

  • you can find it on lime wire just type in black n blue and "Ill Be there For You" For the song you should find it or you can try and find the greatest hits of black n blue

  • Well wot memories this brings back. Size 10, firm tits, sex, drugs, sex, J.D. sex, rock, sex, n roll, n even more sex.

  • Man!!!!!!!!this takes me back to home brew cider, a trailer park romance, and somking nothing but seeds and stems......

  • Crackin, Me Up!!! These dudes rocked in the day... in the day of seeds and stems - lol

  • 80s rock n hair metal is the best, no matter what the others say, cause we know that it's the best. i really want 80s back..

    P.S - Britney Spears sucks.

  • i dont like this song as much as other black n blue but dee sniders younger brother jaime st snider does a great singing job here.

  • Guys, this rumour keeps coming up. That is NOT Dee Snider's brother. the singer's name in Jaime St. James. He is from Oregon, Dee Snider is from New York. They may look similar, but again, they are NOT related.

  • Tommy could almost pass for Joe Perry (had he gone for the blonde poodle look) in this video.

  • Yeah, I fucking love the 80's.

  • these guys rock, you should check out 12 o clock high, bitchen tune same album these guys toured

with malmsteen and saxon back in the day

  • i love this song my dad loves this band now im starting to like it more and more that i listen to it

  • This band has reunited recently.

  • This song takes me back in time. I like to kick back and play it on my headphones thinking of nothing but the good 'ol days back in the 80's. It brings back so many fond memories.

  • get use to it.the 80s will never ever go away

    and i am so glad.

  • Los 80's furon muy,muy grandes, pero no se debe vivir solamente de recuerdos.

P.D.:Esta música es buenísima,no se puede negar la verdad.

  • Great song and band!!...I sure miss the 80's...damn!

  • Yes the 80's bands were so great, todays so called music is total shit!!!

  • Why does everyone hate Tommy Thayer for being in Kiss? He's a great guitarist and it's an opportunity of a lifetime. I wish he wasn't wearing Ace's make-up too, but don't diss him for being there. If Paul Stanley showed up at my door and asked me to play guitar in Kiss, I'd say "Hell Yeah"..

  • fucking right! to play with kiss would be a total honor

  • Say what you want about the hair bands but they are REAL FUCKING musicians!! They play all of their music, it's for real!!

  • I agree!!!!

  • true :) hair bands are great musicians ;]

  • "Fucking Rights Man"!

  • The guitar solo in this song is the shortest I've ever heard... and one of my favorites!! It starts around 2:29

  • Cool music for the 80s, CHEESY video

  • is a good song

  • this singer looks like singer from twisted sister

  • i think he over did it with the tights.

  • Look it's Ace Frehley without makeup. uhh...never mind, it's only Tommy Thayer.

  • lol! Tommy Thayer is still pretty awesome man.

  • This is pretty sweet. This stuff is going to come back.

  • nasty nasty, dudes! remember that killer tune? \insertwagglingtongue/

  • Gene Simmons, produced a couple of their LPs

  • Gene Simmons Signed them and produced them

'without love' was their best album (pre-Gene)

  • there are two guitarists, which one went with kiss?

  • Tommy Thayer did. The one with the purple jacket.

  • who's the other guitar player in the vest?

  • His name is Jeff Warner. Black N Blue played a show last Sat night in Portland--they sounded great!!

  • actually... purple SHIRT, with black vest over it. hahahaha. :P ..remember vests?!!?

  • Cindy I WILL BE THERE FOR YOU FOREVER!!

  • Thank you I appreciate it! I`ll be there for you too. forever.

  • HEY testarossa5150 YOU ARE ON THE WRONG VID AND BAND SITE, YOU ARE TALKING TOTAL SHIT.

  • You "DID" the whole band?

  • I have personally heard bands such as Slipknot or Disturbed played in them, which are no where near close to being mellow. And Jazz players have some of the most difficult riffs to play because they aren't based on structures like other genres are. Well to an extent they are, but that is like comparing Hendrix to Slash or Halen. From different eras all having the same roots. You would not have 80's without something prior.

  • very nice song :)

  • wheres tommy thayer?
