I get all proud when I see Australian actors in big name stuff. We don't have that many out there. Like Nicole Kidman, he has an american roll to his accent now, I suppose from speaking with an american accent so much.

@selty Yeah, you're right. However, I'm sure that when they are around other Australians, preferably IN Australia ;), they can still switch to that accent naturally...

@ComaRadio Actually, he has said he basically figured he had to get rid of his accent if he wanted to act in America, which, in my humble opinion, is quite stupid, but there you go.

I'm quiet confident that his accent would come through again under circumstances I described before, especially if he's exposed to it for a while longer.... but there are a lot of (tv) actors out there who cultivate an American accent because of the same reason you mentioned he did.

I like the hint of an Australian accent in his voice. He doesn't have one of those really deep and thick accents, but I really like the sound to his voice :)

Sorry, but once, I got into this movie, and I understood storylines, it was interesting to me till the end. But I knew in my mind, that she did change nothing, that he will die, it was only one thing in this movie, which I knew, but it was interesting very much though.

If he died at the end, how was she pregnant again? When she wasnt before the other times?! It was because she knew letting "him die" (and couldnt stop it)let them live happily, after HE changed.
