  • @burnit01

I do not remember making a new youtube user and expressing how I feel.

    Are you my alter ego?

  • The audio is from a VHS hi-fi because I can clearly the noise in the bass which varies in time and volume with the higher tones.

I have a DVD of this number from high society the audio is superb and in surround!

Could someone who knows how - post the clip? And also in 16:9?

    Pmack

  • I love Louis Armstrong so much. True talent here in all of them.

  • 1 person is a justin bieber fan.

  • I love JAZZ!!!

  • This song was written by lyrical genius Cole Porter.

  • Bing Crosby is still the best singer I've ever heard; Armstrong, as both an instrumentalist and as, of course, an innovator and pioneer is the more powerfully historic figure but when it comes purely to singing, Crosby was the best.

  • I can has jazz?

  • i has jazz.

  • Take a spot cool and hot now you Der Bingle and Satchmo!! the great ones never die...they live in our hearts forever!! Le Jazz HOTTT!!!!

  • i love music like this

  • I feel like this should be the standard instruction manual for any jazz class.

  • 1 person does not has jazz.

  • That people who say Justin Biber is good have never heard this.

  • now you has jazz jazz jazz.......yes indeed

  • Positively.... therapeutic!

  • What a pleasure to listen and see these giants of jazz....

  • Armstrong's face is just ..... hilarious

  • @aqa722 the double bass players face is amazing as well ! haha

  • This song was about as close as Bing ever came to "Rock and Roll." He mentioned it.

  • i like bing but, after seeing louis and his band performing it without bing this feels really soulless. it doesn't give me the same impact...

  • louis armstrong skat answers bing's questions with absolute perfection ! both irreplaceable.

  • Incredible! Awesome! I love everything here, especially when they both sing together, it's just fantastic :D

  • Two of the greatest musicians ever!

  • Love this Song...One of my favorite movies

  • Dit is muziek zoals het bedoelt is ,met de allergrootsten

  • There's always one putz in the crowd. This is classic kicking Jazz.

  • apart from the racism and racial inequality, these where there greatest times

golden age of music, golden age of cinema, golden age cartoon and animation, the great modern art artists are alive

now I'm here in the age of lady gaga and cgi movies... :(

  • Once upon a time popular music was performed by real musicians, singers, and entertainers.

  • @libertatus what?! dont tell me you dont think lil wayne and soulja boy arent music?! (im being facetious of couse)

  • @libertatus oh, thank you, I think the same way! (I hope my English is right, I'm no american or britain.)

  • @Sekler007 Thank you. (And your English is fine.)

  • @libertatus uhh.. rap is the same music, just different instruments. just givin you the heads up bud. and obviously lyrics

  • @xRelyT1 -I have nothing against rap. In fact there isn't a musically prejudice bone in my body. "....if it grooves I dig it!" When a rap artist (or any other modern musical artist) casts a shadow of influence as long as Louis Armstrong has in popular music then we will all be in need of a heads up.

  • @xRelyT1 "The same music, but with different instruments and lyrics" ? That's so stupid I don't even.

  • @mkjmstl1 same notes, same note structures.. just theyre played on new instruments. plus vocals is an instrument, you sing notes in the form words. lyrics are words. so with new ages of music there comes new words as lyrics.

  • Awesome!

  • Louis' solo in 2:04 is the most mindblowing thing I have ever heard !!!!

  • the great Edmond Hall on clarinet! It don't get any better!

  • God, I love this song! I had no idea it's from a movie ^^

  • @halucynki it's not persay from a movie, the song existed before this, they just performed it in the movie

  • @filch2lobster oh, I see :]

  • Satchmo, with a career that spanned 50 years, from the brothels & barrel houses of New Orleans & Chicago, to Carnegie Hall, the White House & Buckingham Palace.

  • talent will always prevail

  • amazing

  • you're right. It was filmed in the Claus Von Bulo house in Newport RI, excuse the speling.
