  • I agree: only the conductor bows. While soloists are recognized, they do not bow.

  • WOW!! A Bachelors degree and FIVE whole years of experience!! You must be a really BIG TIME Conductor. Well, after you have earned a DMA and have forty years on the podium-- come and talk to me. Until then - - Please everyone -- note: This whole series is about as amateurish at it gets.

  • Quick thing: Unless you are a soloist, the rest of the orchestra does not bow.....they only stand.
