Drunk drivers are repeat offenders. If she crashes into another car, what are the consequences for her? She has the money to cover it. What motivation does she have to stop now? What if an alcoholic kills a family of four but walks away unharmed, how do you think he'll feel? What makes you think he won't turn back to alcohol/drugs?
It takes intervention or the will power to turn away from drugs, and people dependent on drugs obviously don't have strength on their own to break their habit.

why not make a video against driving while inebriated? It seems your agenda is not to target those that drive drunk rather to target a celebrity and her dui is merely an excuse. You are giving this person more power more celebrity more plublicity. I too have a good friend who was killed last year by a drunk driver, I would imagine the best plan would be to alienate the peopl you have an influence over, your friends and family.
