Thank you for the statement about "Metta," that sort of attitude is so alien to how anyone thinks that I've ever met that I've had a hard time trying to reach that state on my own by simply inventing it within myself, certain things make me really angry and hurt, like child molestation, rape and war, but I will try to find peace within and send them my love.
