It's so special to me...(allthough I only know it from studioVersion)

(in the early 80's I use to lay awake in my bed in totally darkness listening ....it got under my skin...into my veins..and heart.

But it's a bit shorter here...oh well...so happy to find it...thanks a mill...♥♥♥

I have looked for this for so long...Thank you for uploading! It was shown on a documentary hosted by Tony Wilson (R.I.P.) entitled 'The Way They Were', lots of excellent musical experiences filmed by (then) Granada TV. @CityOfSheffieldFilms, yep there was a 'poor quality though invalualable' first TV appearance by Elvis Costello performing the spine-tingling 'Alison'. Yes mate, this was aired in 1986 on a docu about punks 10th aniv. Mind blowing performance, thanks for sharing. Btw I remember Elvis Costello on the same show doing 'Alison'.
